Appraisal West offers a variety of valuation products to meet your specific needs.

The three most common reports are :

Full URAR (1004)
This is the full form report that most lenders and legal
bodies require when reporting value of residential real
estate. Exterior and interior inspection with a complete
description and analysis of the market. $350 – $1200.

2055 (Limited report)
This report usually encompasses an exterior drive by inspection and less detail. Market analysis is similar to URAR but not as detailed. $250 – $350

Limited Narrative Report
This email delivered product is useful for obtaining a good, supportable value estimate, in full compliance with USPAP. It IS NOT intending for lending purposes. This report can be upgraded to another valuation product and full credit is given for the fee paid. Advance pay only $50.
